I recently spent 9 days at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen and overall, it was a wonderful experience filled with sunshine and excellent service! The pools were warm and inviting, and I particularly enjoyed the food options, with Olio being my go-to for breakfast. However, there were a few disappointments, primarily concerning the noise levels in the rooms, which impacted my sleep. Additionally, while the staff were generally attentive, my expectations for the concierge service were not fully met, especially with regard to the promised amenities for kids. 🌴☀️

My stay at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen was mostly enjoyable, with excellent service, especially from Emmanuel, our concierge, who personalized our experience. The food was delicious overall, but I found some dishes lacking at certain restaurants. Although the beach was disappointing due to seaweed, the pools and kids' activities kept my family entertained. The pressure from the sales pitch was a downside, but overall, I left with great memories. 😊🌴
